Achieve a sufficient core competency among leadership to allow for more effective identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate, foundation, and individual donor prospects. Coach all Board members in cultivation and solicitation strategies. Plan, execute, and review for improvement a number of specific cultivation and solicitation strategies for corporate, foundation, and individual donor prospects involving appropriate volunteer leaders.
