The Cost
How is the fee determined?
We serve clients on the basis of a flat fee stated in advance. The fee is contingent upon the size and scope of services you need in order to be successful.
What are the terms of payment?
For a planning study, we ask one half of the fee to be paid at contract signing, and the balance to be paid at the presentation of the final report. For the remainder of our services, we ask that 10% of the fee to be paid as a deposit at the time a decision is made to partner together. The balance is requested in equal monthly payments during the course of your campaign. If another payment schedule is required, Ketchum is happy to consider your particular needs.
What is not included in the fee?
Your Ketchum consultant will work to help you estimate and manage your campaign expenses. An example of a campaign expense not included in the fee is the cost of developing and producing printed and audiovisual materials needed to communicate the purpose of your campaign.
