![]() As the completion of an active campaign approaches, the counsel provided by Ketchum will center on long-term planning and ongoing follow-up. Post Campaign Evaluation and Counsel Ketchum Provides Counsel in Four phases:
In developing follow-up strategies, Ketchum provides counsel in establishing a comprehensive pledge collection and donor stewardship program. We believe that keeping donors informed of the positive work being accomplished with their funds is crucial to effective pledge collection. Ketchum can also provide counsel for long-range development programs, including annual and planned giving, if you and your Ketchum team determine such strategies are appropriate. At Ketchum, the follow-up and ongoing planning we provide are critical aspects of our overall service;a service that includes consultation beyond the campaign's commitment phase and throughout the pledge-collection period (typically three to five years). The consultation will be in the form of periodic correspondence, telephone contact, and site visits as necessary. Ketchum maintains a computer tracking system that ensures our follow-up communications are both timely and consistent. From the time commitments are received through the end of the contribution period, you will receive regular contacts from Ketchum as we continue to serve your organization. Working in concert with appointed staff or leadership, Ketchum will assist in the ongoing cultivation process necessary to assure the success of the program. There is no additional charge for this service. Attention to follow-up is one of the reasons so many organizations return again and again to Ketchum.
