Ketchum's Resident Direction model of service provides a combination of tactical capability and strategic expertise. This option is designed to meet the needs of organizations with small staff or those that want to add resources to supplement a less experienced staff. In Resident Direction, Ketchum provides an on site director throughout the contract period. In addition, two additional members of the Ketchum team, a senior consultant and a senior officer, will be on site regularly to provide strategic direction and counsel. It provides the advantages of having someone on site to manage all campaign activities and meetings, while providing senior level strategic direction throughout our team concept for which Ketchum is uniquely qualified.
